We want you to be happy with the work. If something is wrong, tell us first and we will fix it or make it right.
Guest posts
If a paid guest post is not published within the confirmed turnaround time and we cannot publish it on an equivalent site, you get a full refund for that placement. If a published link is removed or changed to nofollow by the publisher within the guarantee period agreed in your order, we replace it or refund that placement.
Not refundable
Posts that have been published exactly as ordered, work started or completed to the agreed scope, third-party costs already paid on your behalf (domains, tools, fees), and results that depend on search engines such as rankings or traffic.
Monthly retainers
You can cancel with 15 days notice before the next billing cycle. Work completed in the current cycle is not refunded.
How to request
Email hello@idealmarketingagency.com with your order reference and a short description. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
